Tools for Strategic Planning While strategic planning is the role of the board and senior management, the implementation of plans usually falls to the nonprofit staff. This class will benefit staff and board members. You will be guided through a simulated planning session that will help you identify the steps and avoid potential pitfalls of a quality strategic planning process.

Demonstrating Impact: Getting Started on Outcomes Measurements and Evaluation You know that your organization provides great services to your clients, but how do you show the world the impact? This class will explain a clear and concise model of identifying and measuring outcomes to show the difference your organization makes.

Communicating Your Financial Picture This class will help you build a better understanding of the importance and use of basic financial statements in order to achieve program goals and financial stability.

Overview of Legal Issues in Human Resources Management Whether your organization includes only one paid employee or hundreds of employees, Human Resources (HR) can be one of the most challenging aspects of daily operations. This class shares best practices for nonprofit fundraising and the role everyone plays in successfully developing funds for an organization.
