DiSC and MBTI
Align’s consultants are certified in the use of two well-known and highly regarded instruments to help your organization’s team members achieve greater success. Delivered to intact teams, these classes have powerful and immediate impacts.
DiSC The Everything DiSC Application Library series helps participants build better relationships with co-workers, managers, staff and clients through more effective communication. Led by an Align professional, DiSC participants learn about their own styles and the styles of others they interact with. The most positive impact is that all participants learn how to work more efficiently and effectively together.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Use of the 60 year old MBTI with intact teams has grown exponentially through the years as leaders come to recognize its practical and immediate usefulness in resolving organizational issues. By working with Align’s certified professionals, employees will identify personal behavior preferences, as well as those of coworkers. As a result, employees will improve communication; enhance problem solving and decision making; and learn better ways to deal with conflict and to manage change.
